Parenting Beyond Bars with Chesa Boudin

This event will be moderated by San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin, who grew up visiting his incarcerated parents in New York prisons and recently published “Across Prison Walls, I Felt My Parents’ Love” in the Nation.  He will be joined in conversation with California families impacted by incarceration to discuss how incarcerated people parent their children and the critical need for visiting, which will be promoted by AB 990.
