Life Without Parole is a Death Sentence. This Human Rights Day, Thursday December 10th call on the Governor to use his power of clemency – a power only he has – to commute the sentences of people with Life Without Parole (LWOP). He has already stated the death penalty is unjust, racist and arbitrary. Now it’s time to take action to address the other death sentence – Life Without Parole.
